What it is

The Accelerator system recorded, so you can work through it at your own pace. Not a generic course: it’s built from how Sviat works with his clients, including recordings of real client calls where live deals, quotes and contracts are broken down.

Sviat’s own route with Craftex: from small jobs to £100K–£1M+ projects as a premium main contractor, including design & build. We measure progress in project size, margin and how much the business depends on you — not just turnover.

  • Cash flow, variations and delivery control on large jobs
  • Hiring an estimator and a project manager; running the company remotely

Questions builders ask

How much does construction business coaching cost?

The self-study Accelerator Light is £2,900. Accelerator Foundation, the Construction Business Accelerator and the Main Contractor Accelerator are by application — we confirm the fit and the investment on a free 1-on-1 call, based on your business.

Which program is right for me?

It depends on your turnover and team. On the tools or under £50K: Light. £50–150K: Foundation. £150–500K with a small team: the Construction Business Accelerator. £500K+ and you want to become a main contractor: the Main Contractor Accelerator. If you’re unsure, apply for a free call and we’ll tell you honestly — including if none of them fits.

Who runs the programs?

Sviat Jay (Sviatoslav Jerdetchii), who started as a demolition labourer and runs Craftex, a London design & build company. You learn the system his own company runs on.

Is this a course?

No. You implement one step at a time in your own business, with feedback in our community chat and on calls. Light is self-paced, but it’s built from real client calls and Craftex’s own documents.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We give you the system, the documents, the feedback and the calls. What you get out of it depends on your business, your market and the work you put in. The results shown on this site are individual results, not typical or guaranteed.

Do you give us leads?

We teach you to win your own clients. Occasionally, when Craftex gets an enquiry that fits, Sviat passes it to clients who are actively doing the work — but this is never promised or part of any program.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. If you move up from Light to an Accelerator within 30 days, the £2,900 is credited.
